Today we never got to Talana Museum or Blood River site. It has been raining all day. Instead we had an awesome and looooong chat with the owners, Paul and Karen, of Sneezewood Farm over a nice cup of coffee at their B&B. We spoke about the history and all the battle- and historical sites in the area, how both myself and Paul had family who survived the massacre at Blaauwkrans, how they manage their B&B and family cottage by supporting local businesses where possible, and the general workings of their farm. Karen shared some information on all the services they offer and services offered by people in the area. And I failed to befriend their few months old puppy!
