We met Donkey (yes, that is her name) today. She lives at Pistols Saloon and Wild West Museum on the South Coast. Part of the furniture. She welcomed us as we walked into the door. She has no care in the world other than being fed and being happy. In contrast, the staff at Pistols Saloon made sure we had drinks and something to eat.

The theme throughout is Wild West with plenty of Wild West decorations, live music some evenings, plenty of seats and even a museum next door with additional seats if needed. We loved this place. A real pity we have not discovered it earlier. We already are planning a return visit!
