Puschka Farm, between Magaliesburg and Rustenburg, is our home for this weekend. We met the friendly and caring owners yesterday as well as one very loud rescue dog – I was not sure if we would have any tires left on the car by the time we reached Stone Cottage – the cottage we are staying in. It was about a 100-meter drive from where we met this beast.

We are very impressed by what we have seen so far. No electricity – solar/donkey for water heating, solar for lights and cell phone/laptop charging, gas for stove and fridge, even a natural plunge pool using no chemicals.
